• Get paid to get buff! Tree work often requires a good amount of manual and physical labor. Just doing your job will keep you in amazing shape!

• It's a workout for your brain, too! Tree work also requires critical thinking skills and creativity. Every job is different, and the entire crew has to work together to come up with the best possible method and strategy to get the job done safely and efficiently. If you enjoy being physically and mentally challenged, tree work can be an immensely rewarding career.

• You will never be bored! There is no monotony on a tree crew! Every day is a different situation, different location, different tree. If you can’t stand the routine of office/factory jobs, tree work might be right for you!

• Learn to operate top-of-the-line equipment and machinery! Our equipment is second-to-none. We use tracked aerial lifts which go where bucket trucks cannot, as well as climbing, so almost no job is impossible. 

• You can 'climb' right on up the ladder in an arboriculture career! From being a groundsperson on the crew to a Board Certified Master Arborist, there are great opportunities to be found in this field!
