Jim Rudolph
Founder & ISA-Certified Arborist
Jim Rudolph founded Arborcare in 1991. He is an ISA-Certified Arborist and formerly served on the *IAA's Board of Directors. He is Oak-Wilt Qualified by the ISA Michigan.
Jim enjoys motorcycle rides, boating, and great food!

Sarah Rudolph
General Manager & ISA-Certified Arborist
Sarah has worked for us for about 20 years! She manages our office and assesses trees. She is an ISA-Certified Arborist and a Licensed pesticide applicator.
Sarah served six years in the Air Force. She loves new adventures/experiences, especially outdoors. She is a pretty big fan of her dogs, chickens, geese, bees, and garden!

Justin McCloskey
Lead Arborist & ISA Board-Certified Master Arborist
Justin is the only Board-Certified Master Arborist in the South Bend area. He is also Oak-Wilt Qualified! He served for 8 years in the Army National Guard and holds a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University.
Justin enjoys watching football, climbing trees, and spending time with his two little boys!

Bryce Parrish
Crew Leader & ISA-Certified Tree Climber Specialist
Bryce has been with us since 2019 and is a highly skilled climber! He does a great job managing the day-to-day operations of our crew.
He loves being outdoors and spending time with his family.
Ken Ray
Lead Mechanic
We are convinced that Ken can fix anything! He is a huge help to our operation and our longest-serving employee (22 years). He also knows his stuff when it comes to tree work!​

Ken enjoys restoring automobiles, taking nature walks, traveling, and is a lifelong Indy 500 fan!
Jalen Thomas
Lead Equipment Operator, Tree Trimmer
Jalen is an integral part of our team. He is excellent at trimming trees and operating our lifts and other machinery.
He loves the outdoors and sports!
Nathan Merrill
Plant Health Care Specialist
Nathan manages our Plant Health Care program. He is a licensed applicator in IN and MI.
Nathan has three daughters and loves sports, craft beer, and great food!
