Founder & ISA-Certified Arborist
Jim Rudolph founded Arborcare in 1991. He is an ISA-Certified Arborist and formerly served on the IAA's Board of Directors. He is Oak-Wilt Qualified by the ISA Michigan. Jim enjoys motorcycle rides, boating, and great food!

Sarah Rudolph
Office Manager & ISA-Certified Arborist
Sarah has worked for us for about 20 years. She manages our office and day-to-day operations, as well as assessing trees. She is an ISA-Certified Arborist and an OISC-Licensed Pesticide Applicator (License #F228245). Sarah served six years the Air Force Reserves. She loves camping, hiking, and new adventures/experiences,

Ken Ray
Lead Mechanic
Ken has been with our company for 19 years! He greatly supports our crew and company by ensuring that all equipment is in safe and working order as a highly skilled mechanic. Ken enjoys rebuilding cars and snowmobiling!
Justin McCloskey
Lead Arborist & ISA Board-Certified Master Arborist
Justin is the only Board-Certified Master Arborist in the South Bend area. He is also Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ) and Oak-Wilt Qualified! He served eight years in the Army National Guard and has a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University.
Justin enjoys watching football, climbing trees, and spending time with his two little boys!

Plant Health Care Technician
Nathan joined our team in 2019. He is one of our OISC-Licensed Pesticide Applicators (License #275510) and is working towards his ISA Arborist Certification. Nathan enjoys reading, great pizza & craft beer, and watching the Bears!
Bryce Parrish
Crew Leader & ISA-Certified Tree Worker - Climber Specialist
Bryce has been with us since 2019 and is a highly skilled climber! He recently obtained his Tree Climber Certification from the ISA. Arboriculture is a clear career choice for him! He loves being outdoors and spending time with his family.
